Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions aim to regulate the conditions and procedures for using all services provided by Oswald Boutique Firm (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company'), the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and members, and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows: 1. 'Service' refers to all services provided by the Company that members can use regardless of the terminal implemented (including various wired and wireless devices such as PCs, TVs, and portable terminals). 2. 'Member' refers to a customer who accesses the Company's 'Service', enters into a usage contract with the Company according to these Terms and Conditions, and uses the 'Service' provided by the Company.

Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms)

1. The Company posts the contents of these Terms and Conditions on the initial screen of the service so that members can easily know them. 2. The Company may revise these Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws such as the 'Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions' and the 'Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Information and Communications Network Act'). 3. If the Company revises the Terms and Conditions, it shall specify the effective date and the reason for the revision and announce it along with the current Terms and Conditions in the manner of Paragraph 1 from 7 days before the effective date to the day before the effective date.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

The Company provides services such as business strategy consulting, GTM strategy establishment, and PLG coaching. The Company may change all or part of the services provided according to operational and technical needs if there is a significant reason.

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

1. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, replacement, or breakdown of information and communication facilities such as computers, communication interruption, or significant operational reasons. 2. The Company shall compensate for damages suffered by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension of service provision for the reasons set forth in Paragraph 1. However, this does not apply if there is no intent or negligence on the part of the Company.

Article 6 (Withdrawal of Membership and Loss of Qualification, etc.)

1. Members may request withdrawal from the Company at any time, and the Company will process the withdrawal immediately. 2. If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the Company may limit or suspend membership: - If false information was registered at the time of application for membership - If the member threatens the order of electronic commerce, such as interfering with the use of the service by others or stealing the information - If the member uses the service to commit acts prohibited by laws or these Terms and Conditions or contrary to public order and morals

Article 7 (Attribution of Copyright and Restrictions on Use)

1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company belong to the Company. 2. Users shall not use the information obtained by using the service, for which the intellectual property rights belong to the Company, for commercial purposes by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or other methods without the prior consent of the Company, nor allow third parties to use it.
